By accessing or using Tattoos Generator, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free users and paid subscribers.
2. Service Description
Tattoos Generator is an independent AI tattoo design tool that helps users create tattoo concepts, placement ideas, style references, and stencil-oriented drafts from text prompts. The service provides a custom interface for third-party AI image models.Tattoos Generator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Gemini, or any other model provider.
Generated designs are creative concepts only. They are not medical, legal, professional tattoo, or safety advice. Consult a qualified tattoo artist before using any generated design on skin.
3. User Account
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- You must be of legal age to use this service
- Information provided must be accurate and up to date
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
4. Intellectual Property
All content present on Tattoos Generator, including text, graphics, logos, and source code, is owned by Tattoos Generatoror its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are responsible for ensuring that prompts and referenced materials do not infringe third-party rights. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use the tattoo concepts you generate for personal or commercial purposes, but we do not guarantee that any output is unique, registrable, or free from third-party claims.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the service fraudulently or illegally
- Disrupt or interfere with the service
- Collect information about other users
- Share your account with third parties
- Submit prompts or use outputs for NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, exploitative, hateful, harassing, violent, illegal, deceptive, or infringing content
- Create or request face-swap, deepfake, identity deception, or non-consensual likeness manipulation content
- Attempt to bypass content moderation, rate limits, billing controls, or security measures
Content moderation:
- Text prompts are screened before image generation
- AI image prompts are screened through Creem's Moderation API before they are routed to image generation
- Prompts that violate our policies may be rejected and recorded as flagged
- Flagged prompts and failed generations are not shown in the public Explorer
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly attempt prohibited content
6. Subscriptions and Refunds
6.1 Subscription Terms
- The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period
- Paid access, limits, and features are shown on the pricing page at checkout
- Taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout based on your location
- We may update pricing or plan features for future billing periods with reasonable notice
6.2 Payments
Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record and payment provider. Creem may handle checkout, payment processing, tax calculation and collection, invoices, refunds, chargebacks, and customer portal access. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
6.3 Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time paid subscriptions when the product has not been misused and the request is made in good faith.

- We aim to respond to support and refund requests within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed through Creem and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on payment method and bank
- Refunds may be refused for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or excessive usage inconsistent with a trial of the service
- Creem may issue refunds at its discretion where required to prevent or resolve disputes
6.4 Subscription Cancellation
- Use the billing page or customer portal when available

- Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by law or approved under the refund policy above
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for tattooing. To the fullest extent permitted by law,Tattoos Generator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page or otherwise communicated where appropriate.
