Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide Tattoos Generator:

  • Account information such as name, email address, and login provider
  • Prompts, negative prompts, generation settings, and generated tattoo images
  • Flagged prompt records when content moderation rejects a prompt
  • Usage data such as generation counts, quota usage, pages viewed, and device or browser information
  • Support messages and feedback you send to us
  • Payment status, subscription identifiers, customer identifiers, and invoice-related metadata from Creem

We do not store full credit card numbers. Card and checkout details are handled by Creem and its payment partners.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide AI tattoo generation, private galleries, and downloads
  • Authenticate users and protect accounts
  • Screen prompts before generation and enforce content policies
  • Operate subscriptions, quotas, refunds, cancellations, and customer support
  • Improve product quality, reliability, security, and user experience
  • Comply with legal, tax, fraud prevention, payment, and platform obligations

3. AI Processing and Moderation

User prompts and generation settings may be sent to third-party AI model providers to generate tattoo concepts. Text prompts are also screened through moderation systems, including Creem's Moderation API, before image generation. If a prompt is rejected, we may store the prompt, user ID, timestamp, and rejection reason as a flagged record to enforce our policies and prevent abuse.

4. Service Providers

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the product. These providers may include:

  • Creem for checkout, billing, taxes, invoices, refunds, subscription management, and prompt moderation for AI image safety
  • AI model providers for image generation
  • Database, hosting, and storage providers for accounts and generated images
  • Email and authentication providers for login and transactional messages
  • Analytics, error monitoring, and security tools to operate and improve the service

5. Public and Private Content

Generated images may appear in your private gallery. Public Explorer content only displays non-flagged generations with image output. Flagged prompts, rejected prompts, and failed generations are not shown in the public Explorer. Do not submit private, sensitive, or confidential information in prompts.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for login, security, preferences, analytics, and product improvement. You can control non-essential cookies through browser settings or the cookie consent controls where available.

7. Data Retention

We keep account, prompt, image, billing, and usage records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our terms. You may request deletion of your account, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business, legal, security, or payment compliance reasons.

8. Data Protection

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a request, contact us using the email below.
